What are the shipping costs?We cover the shipping costs for all orders. However, any import fees, customs duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In such cases, the carrier will contact you prior to delivering your order.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it’s placed?As all our silk scarves are made-to-order, it is not possible to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed.

What is your return and exchange policy?We are confident that you will love your Maison LP piece, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please follow the steps below: If you believe there is an issue with your order, contact us at contact@lesliemode.com as soon as possible, and we will assist you promptly. We can only resolve order issues prior to shipping. Return or exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of purchase. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s). Items must be returned in unused, resalable condition with their original packaging. This includes being free of odors (smoke, perfume), hair or pet fur, stains, and other signs of wear. If approved, you will receive a downloadable return label at no additional cost. Refunds will be issued after a satisfactory inspection of the returned item(s), typically within 3 business days. If eligible, you will receive a full refund, potentially minus international shipping fees if applicable.
